They are extremely busy with sorting everyone’s problems out in each Country. I had a problem with someone who I used to be friends with but we had a fall out and she was really annoying me with her bitchy comments she kept on putting on my profile so I reported her to the facebook help delete friend section. I was really surprised when they sorted out the problem within a week for me and they blocked her from getting in to my profile as I didn’t know how to do it. I think for a free service like facebook, they are really getting better in helping their customers, it makes you wonder how they can afford to run it when people don’t even pay a subscription!
