How Much Credibility is There in the Construction Complaints?

Just as with any competition, the fear of being usurped by a more successful enterprise will always evoke a response. In this case, it is the construction pipeline complaints, which was the response of elements who were finding it tough to compete with CP on actual grounds. But, is there any truth to the allegations?

What is interesting here is that none of the complaints seem to have come from actual members. Now, if one is not a member, they are sure to know nothing about how the entire system works. Moreover, the portal works in a very transparent manner leaving no room for dirty tricks. So, saying that CP hides the actual working is just preposterous to say the least. The contractors taking help from CP know that they are getting the right skilled subcontractors for the work, while the subcontractors know that the leads they are following are all work in progress. Thus, it can be safely concluded that claims made in the complaints against CP have no credibility whatsoever.

Deciding to Use an Outsourced Sales Staff

My company has been growing steadily and I think that it might be time to start using an outsourced sales staff. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for over a year, but I think that I may finally do it. While I like the idea of being able to have a dedicated sales force, it does make me a little nervous.

My company is small and sales, while obviously important, has been more of an afterthought. So, the advantage of outsourcing is that we would have expert sellers following up on our leads. And, it would free us to concentrate on promotion, getting new leads, and improving our products. My only concern is having salesman who aren’t directly invested in the company. Even though they are professional salesman, there’s some part of me that is nervous about having people who aren’t actually a part of the company representing us to clients.

A few times, I wondered if people only cared about you as long as they get what they want. My immediate supervisor knew how to get precisely everything streamlined in a way she was the final benefactor of the whole process. It is amazing the kind of things you come to discover about some people and with this fellow, there was no telling where she could strike next. Two months before we got an itinerary of all the events, we had strange incidents. It is all true proof too and I am grateful I have such big security seals customers and I should brag about it more as everyone knows they are using the products so it’s not the competitors will find out that they are a good potential customer. That was one of my main worries was that I would put that information out there and then others would know who to call but that just isn’t the case as we all know who is using what as we are all calling every day. My factory for sure knows who is using what as they do up all my custom orders for me so they know what’s going on and I don’t mind as they are my customers and I treat them good so they will stay with me that is for sure. I treat my customers like gold and I always try to make sure that they get the right product at the right price and that they are happy about it.
